What if I book an appointment and have to cancel it?
We understand everyone has busy lives and.... Life Happens...
If you cancel two days before your appointment, there is no charge.
If something happens at the last minute and you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, please call us on 0429 800 114 to either leave a message or make another time.
If you make an appointment and do not show up for it, you will be charged at the full rate.

Does all this stuff actually work?
